| **PLEASE NOTE: EV2 Ignition Tachometer versions such as RSxx813 are necessary for HEI and similar ignition systems which generate excessive electrical noise. These versions contain additional input noise filters and can still be used in other applications such as diesels and non-HEI ignition engines, but the filtering will result in slightly slower pointer response to rapid engine speed changes. This slower response would likely only be noticeable in a racing application with a high RPM gasoline engine. |
